Hard drive failure is one of the most upsetting experience Mac users have to face.
Hopefully, you have a backup strategy in place for all or your data.

If not, we offer reasonably priced data recovery for your Mac products.
We use the most comprehensive data recovery tools currently available to attempt to recover your data.
Data recovery is not always possible on all drives. But we'll give it our best shot !

We've successfully recovered data from over 120 Macs over the last few years. Give us a call with any questions you may have regarding data recovery.

We have successfully recovered data from external drives from manufacturers such as Western Digital, Toshiba, Seagate, LaCie, G-Technology and others. If your external hard drive is no longer working and you need the data saved on that drive, give us a call.

In certain cases, we may also be able to recover lost data from and iPhone and iPad, even though this can be more difficult depending on how your device was set-up. We cannot recover data from a disabled iPhone or iPad.

Data recovery can be tricky and also very expensive. We try to offer a reasonably priced data recovery service, but we do not use a so called "clean room", which is necessary for really badly damaged drives. Typically, we can recover the data for about 75% of the drives we see, and we can do it for anywhere from $300 to $700 depending on the size of the drive. But in some cases, you might need to take your drive to a highly specialized data recovery service, which will hopefully recover everything, but at a much higher price.

When a client leaves a drive with us, we usually know within a couple of hours whether or not we will be able to recover all of the data. We charge a $40 fee for running diagnostics on the drive, and if we can successfully recovery all of the data, we can usually have it back to you within 2-3 days. But data recovery can sometimes be a very slow process and take up to 5-6 days.
